Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

Standard

It’s cookie baking time!  What would Christmas be without decorated sugar cookies?  My Mom and I used to bake sugar cookies and leave them out for Santa.

Roll it out.

Put it on a pan.

Bake and decorate!

This recipe came from an online Pillsbury Magazine that a co-worker sent me [Thanks Cathy!].  The Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies are on page 9.  Be sure to check out the other recipes they offer.  There’s some yummy stuff in there!

The icing on the snowmen is just confectioners sugar, vanilla extract, and milk.  Start with 1 cup of confectioners sugar and add 1 Tbsp of milk.  Add more milk depending on how thin/thick you want the icing to be.  Add in a smidge of vanilla extract or a different flavor such as peppermint.

Om Nom NOM.
